Bronze Plan Receive Payments

    Hello,

    On the plan comparison it states that the bronze plan can receive 10 payments per month, but when you click on it it says that you can receive 1000 payments per month.  Which one is accurate?  In the past I was able to accept well over 100 in a month period of time.

    Thank you for reporting this issue to us. I was able to reproduce it. The correct information is 10 payments a month.

    Does this mean I can only have 10 people submit a payment using PayPal? When did this change? I used to be able to have all my student body purchase tickets online using jot forms and PayPal. Am I no longer able to do that?

    For Bronze plan , the adjusted payment limit is 10. On November 1, we started applying the limits to new users.

    An email was sent notifying the change in payment limits. The only way to increase your payment limit is to upgrade to a higher plan.

    The reason for the this change is due to the increasing demand for online security and privacy. We simple refuse to compromise on the high quality of our products.

    So if I was a Bronze member prior to the implementation am I grandfathered in?  My subscription has not lapsed since then and I used more than 10 purchases in December for a school dance.

    What is considered a new user? I have had the bronze plan before this limit. Am I ok then?

    Sorry, for the confusion. Since January 3, All users are seeing new payment limits on /pricing page and my account/billing page.We started to apply new limits to existing users.

    Jotform has adjusted the number of payments that can be accepted per Jotform Plan.

    The new number of payments per plan are

    Hi Dean,

    I just want to give some more info about payment limits. This new limit is a mandatory change, as my teammates explained, to be able to continue providing best payment collecting service for our customers.

    The limits are being applied step by step and it will cover all our user base. We have started to apply it in November and now expanding it to cover our existing users. We aren't offering grandfathering on this matter.
