Why won't my payment form open in Safari?

    I received a call from a donor telling me that our pledge payment form does not calculate the user defined amount into credit card payment module. She was using Safari. 

    After testing the form, I see that it works in Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer. When I went to test this in Safari, I got an error message:

    "Safari can't open the page. The error is "" (kCFErrorDomainWinSOck:10054)..." See screen shot attached. 

    What is causing this?

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.

    I have been testing this and I was unable to replicate the issue while using a cloned form of yours and using Safari. 

    Here is what I got when I tested the form:

    May you please ask your submitter if there is not any add-on or security software installed that may be blocking the form submit link? 

    If the problem persists, please let us know.
