I have several forms that I am using, that are linked and I changed the look of the email notification on one form.

Can I make that a template and use it on the other forms to have a unified look, and if not is there a way to copy that look and layout over so I do not have to rebuild it multiple times?

    see example email notification below:

**Also when I copied one manually to look the same, the fields are HUGE on Dodge Caravan when they come via email compared to Toyota, but they look the same in the design screen

Toyota...looks nice when a email is sent

Dodge...looks the same in email notification format screen but does not look right in email

Thank you...I am in the final stages of going live next week with these forms nationwide and want the final presentation to the customer to look uniform and clean.

You can be able to copy the source code of the email design however you will need to match the field names in the email to match the field names available in the new form.

Below is an illustration of how to copy the email design from the source code.

The other alternative would be you clone the whole form and rename the fields to suite the fields you need for the new form you are replicating.

Below is a guide on how to clone your form.
