A lot of costumers send us the forms but we don't receive them

    Dear JotForm,

    lots of customers click the button 'send' at the end of the form, but we can't receive it. 

    The strange thing is that they receive the confirmation of having correctly sent the mail to us. Can you solve this problem for us? Thank you

    Your email "info@speakeasygroup.it" is not on our bounce list. I have also check your Email History and all seems to be SENT successfully.

    Could you give us additional information on this, does it happen to specific forms? so we can further check and look your Notification Email setup.
