How to remove notification email addresses

    When a user submits a form I receive a notification at every email address I have set up on Jotform

    Example: When a vendor submits a vendor registration form, it goes to When an advertiser submits a registration form it goes to and so on.

    Unfortunately, when anyone submits any of my forms, I receive a notification at all of the email addresses, so I get three email notifying me of one submittal.

    How can I delete two of the addresses from my email list? Couldn't find any info on this in the help section.

    Hello there!

    In addition to my colleague's response:

    I have cloned one of your forms.  It has two notifications

    In this video you can see how you can change the receiving e-mail address on each notification.

    You will also see how to delete a notification.

    You can also plase conditions to your notifications so that according to the choices of the user, a notfication is sent to a predefined address.
