Email not working

    Hello, the email is not working on our form. The form data is set up to go to doughnuts@microdoughnuts.com but does not seem to get there when the form is submitted or when I do a test through Jot Form. We get emails in this account when sent from areas outside Jot Form. Can you help?

    Hello there!

    I have checked that e-mail address and it is in our bounce list (emails sent to the address are being returned)

    Result: doughnuts@microdoughnuts.com is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-': invalid = address' Please double check the address is correct and let us know if the issue persists!

    I just sent an email from my personal account to doughnuts@microdoughnuts.com and it went through.
