Issues with adding "Submit" button

I have successfully created a form, which does exactly what I want it to, using conditional logic etc to add further sections if required.  The problem I have is that even though the "Submit" button is at the bottom of the form, I cannot get it to show on the published form.  This appears to happen to whichever field is last on the page.  Is there something I am doing wrong?  I am not using any conditions on the Submit button, I want it to appear at the bottom at all times.

I have just checked your form and your submit button is indeed conditionally handled, please note that it will show until the condition is met: 

Please remove the button from the condition if you need to always show it.
