To confirm that your form is connected to your Square account:
1) Click on the payment field, click on the magic wand icon, then click on the gear icon.
2) You will see if the payment field is connected or not.
In case you would like to test the integration in a sandbox mode, you will need to connect it in a Test Mode.
Then use the dummy CC numbers from https://docs.connect.squareup.com/articles/using-sandbox to submit the form. Note, that the test transactions will be displayed in JotForm, but they will not be reflected in your Square account.
