I checked, all required fields are completed yet we can't submit the form and keep getting the error.

Is there are any sections/fields highlighted when you are trying to submit the form?

Hi - The issue with payment field, it works only if I make the payment field/event field as "Not Required", if that field is set as "Required" then submission doesn't work, even though all fields are entered we still get the error.
Can you check Payment section and see why it doesn't work when we have set as "required".

I cannot test the form with the Credit Card payment option, but when I temporary marked the payment field as required and tested it with the PayPal payment selection, it worked properly.
Please note that when the payment field is set as required, at least one product (Quantity in your case) should be selected by the form user.
If you use the Credit Card payment option, please make sure that all the credit card fields including the billing address are filled.
