Hi there,
New to Jotform - is there a way I can prevent people from editing their responses once they have submitted their form?

Sure, just don't include Edit submission links:
Then your users will not be able to edit the submission.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!

section in the editor where I can remove those options.

I just checked your notifications, and it appears that you have removed the edit link already:
Let us know if you need more help.
