I have been sharing a template with another user, and have had access to it. Is there anyway to clone that form for my own use now?

    Sure, you can clone the form for as long as the owner hasn't enabled his Privacy Setting to prevent others from cloning his form.

    I checked the privacy settings of the owner of this form, and confirmed you can clone the form without issues. Still, I strongly recommend you ask for permission first if you know the owner personally.
