Hi! I have several payments that are listed as incomplete when my customers say they completed everything for the submission. Other submissions that were sent on the same day are cleared. Is there a delay in the payments clearing or is there something wrong with the submissions? Thanks.

Since you're using Standard PayPal integration, your users are redirected to PayPal to finish the paying.
The incomplete submissions are happening if the user closes the tab/window after redirected to PayPal, meaning they didn't finish paying on PayPal's side.
Is it possible that that is what actually happened to your users?
