rebeccaAsked on January 27, 2018 at 2:55 PMI’m trying to implement conditional logic with page jumps based on answers to questions, but in the form preview, the conditional logic isn’t activating. Do you know why? For example, on question "Do you use Virgil’s iOS SDK?” the answer “no” is supposed to send a user down to Page 2, which is
Do you use Virgil’s Android SDK?” but it’s not happening. -

Hi again Rebecca - I failed to see any problems with your condition and it works as intended. If I select "No" on the "Do you use Virgil’s iOS SDK?" question, I am redirected to the first field on PAGE 2 "Do you use Virgil’s Android SDK?"
Here's how it looked like from my perspective:
Is it not behaving the same way from your end? Is there a chance your form is embedded on a page on your website? If it is, share the URL of the page where we can see the embedded form so we can check it from there.

Attached is a screen recording of what I’m seeing. I’m in Chrome and using the link that populated directly from JotForm. It’s not embedded.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Hello Rebecca,
Unfortunately, the screenshot isn't appearing here in the forum. Can you please follow this link and post the image here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1364199
Thanks.

It is a .mov file, so it won't upload.
Just so I understand, if a user clicks "no" on "Do you use Virgil’s iOS SDK?", I want the page to instantly redirect to "Do you use Virgil’s Android SDK?" but I don't actually see that happening on your screen recording. The user shouldn't be able to answer any other questions beneath "Do you use Virgil’s iOS SDK?". It's hard to tell the order of your video loop, so maybe that is happening and I just can't see it.

So it's not skip to page condition after all but rather than a show/hide condition?
So the condition is
If Do you use Virgil’s iOS SDK? is equal to YES
SHOW all the fields under it
(would make the fields automatically hidden by default until the condition is met)
Example:
Demo: https://form.jotform.com/80295300852958
So I assume there's no need for the skip to page condition since clicking the next button would move to page 2 anyway.

VirgilSecurityReplied on January 30, 2018 at 2:43 PMOh, yes, that’d work too. I can log in and make those changes to show/hide questions instead of skipping.
Thanks!
