My form continuously says Please Wait and doesn't go through

    After filling out our form and hitting submit it continuously says "please wait" and doesn't go through. Can you please help me resolve this?

    It's the encryption that's causing the problem.

    Please try disabling the encryption and enable it again. You will be asked to get a new or use the existing key. If you have a key, choose to use it instead of getting a new one.
