After filling out our form and hitting submit it continuously says "please wait" and doesn't go through. Can you please help me resolve this?Page URL:

It's the encryption that's causing the problem.
Please try disabling the encryption and enable it again. You will be asked to get a new or use the existing key. If you have a key, choose to use it instead of getting a new one.
