not all forms are being pushed through to email

On { Management Position Application Form } and {  Volunteer Application Form } forms you have this email set up on your notification email: volunteer@island-ministries.com

And on { Management Position } you have set up this email { info@oasissurfhouse.com }

Can you please let us know on which form you are having issues? I saw on email logs that on both emails there were emails sent from submissions.
