Suspended Account

Hello my username is internet@periodiclabs.com however my account was suspended. Just trying to get some help. 

I checked the email address (internet@periodiclabs.com) and it is registered to the account username periodiclabs. 

Your last payment caused an issue where your bank disputed the charge on Stripe. Please ask your bank to withdraw the dispute so we can re-activate your account.
