To change the email address on which submission emails are being sent, you need to edit your form's notification email alert and change the "Recipient Email". You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Find-and-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email

You need to preview your form and click on the submit button of your form to test your form's notification email alert. Please note that if you click on the "TEST EMAIL" button of your form's notification email alert, it will always send test email to your account profile email address.

You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you:   https://www.jotform.com/help/314-How-to-Properly-Add-Change-and-Test-a-New-Email-Recipient-Address

    Hope this helps.

The solution did not work , I have tried several times and the instructions did no work for me, still getting the form at my gmail address. I am enclosing a few screenshots for your review. I have used 7 credits trying to get the form to respond correctly. I also see comments for others stating the same issues , this may be something your team needs to look into. Is it possible that your team an execute the change for me

I checked your email settings and it is configured properly. Here's a screenshot:

I suggest removing the conditions you added regarding on email notification to avoid confusion.

You can also change the Email Sender to noreply@jotform.com

Also, I checked our email logs and I can see that emails are being sent successfully.

If the issue still persists, please contact your email service provider and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist. Here's the link that you follow: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains
