Preview title is still not updating

Have changed the title of the form, in the "show more" option as well but the title in the preview is still not changing.

I did test your form and the "page Title" you have added in form seems to display correctly in browser tab. Please check the screenshot below:

I have gone ahead and cleared your form cache from here. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
