Area showing on auto response email I want to not show up

Hello jotform friends!

Thank you all so much for all your help with every question ive had. There have always been solutions found with your help. So yes again thank you.

My coworker has set up a function to bridge our live site with jotform.

On my form at the beginning it is labeled "avapp". I would like this to not appear on the auto response email. 

How do I do this?
