    Hi,

Can you tell me if I can do something similar to what these 2 websites are doing, but with Jotform?

Some multi-step form for booking photo booth services with lots of custom choices, see below.

    How would i do this?

    Thanks!

Both should be doable with JotForm. But, the challenge here is if you wanted to copy the exact layout of those forms. That's because this would require a designer/developer from your end who can design your form the way you want it to.

Functionality-wise though, the options on those pages are just radio buttons (SINGLE CHOICE FIELD), then they were divided into different sections (can be achieved with PAGE BREAKS and SECTION COLLAPSE).

If you need to use an image that will represent a radio button, you can use the IMAGE RADIO BUTTONS WIDGET.
