Paypal continue button is inaccessible

Hello,

I have an embedded paypay payment form which up until recently was working fine.

However, now customers are finding that after they enter the initial details on this page: https://www.oneyearlease.org/Payments and press SUBMIT, on the 2nd step - payment details page - the CONTINUE button is inaccessible. Please see screen shots.

NOTE: I have updated the code to "iframe" so it is functioning now, IE you will not be able to recreate the problem as the 2nd step now divers to paypal, but I want the entire process embedded like it used to be.
