I have been trying to forward our forms. I forwarded 4 of them yesterday to a volunteer and she received none of them. I forwarded one to myself today and again...nothing.
Where are they going????

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you are forwarding submissions from your form's submission page but not being received?
On which email you have forwarded submissions? I did test this issue in one of my own form and I am not able to replicate the issue. I was able to receive forwarded submissions successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please try again and get back to us if the issue persists. You may also like to change the "From:" email address in forward submission window and see if that solves your problem.

Each of the FIVE times I forwarded a submission they said sent successful, however not one of them ever were received. Is there anyway to retrieve those (like a sent file) within Jotform? I had things written to my volunteer that I do not have a copy of.

If you have forwarded submissions, your account email history will list all the email logs. I did forward 2 submission logs as well and you should be able to see the logs as well.

Did you try to forward submission after changing the "From email" as suggested earlier?
