Why can't I add JotForm to my Weebly site?

To whom it may concern,

I wish to use Jotform on my Weebly site in order to facilitate registration for something. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to "add" the app to my page no matter how hard I try--though the jotform icon shows up in my list of apps, it won't let me actually create a jotform, claiming that the software needs to be connected to Weebly. 

I have connected said software many times by clicking "add" on the jotform/weebly app website, but every time, I am redirected to the same place, with no end result.

You should be able to add JotForm from Weebly app center. I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the issue on what happens when you click on the "Add" button.
