I cannot get the sub-heading on my form to break in the correct spot. It works in edit mode but not in preview.

Please provide us an ID of the form and tell us which text you want to add as the sub-heading and how do you want to break it.

You can use a Text element if you want to be able to format the text. The Heading element does not have text formatting options.

I have changed the Heading element with a Text element. Your form now looks like this:
