I am unable to search previous submission.

When I try to search for a previous submission it comes up with "no result".  This is in all of my forms.

Have you deleted submissions from your form?

I did check the history of your account and you seems to have deleted several submissions. Please check the screenshot below:

Please note that once you delete a submission, it is completely deleted from our system and not possible to restore it. To recover, you may like to check your submission email which you must have received after the form is submitted. You may like to check email history of your account as well.
