Conditional logic no longer working on forms

I have two forms that the conditional logic stopped working on last week. More specifically, the show/hide conditions for one particular single-choice element (Attendance) seems to be causing the issues. I am not certain as to why these issues just began, as no one appears to have made any changes to the form (though I cannot be 100% certain of this). I need these forms to collect very important data every day, so I have disabled the conditions for the element, but I would like to find out what the issue is and get it resolved. Additionally, these two forms appear to be the only two with issues. I have many other forms with this same element and similar conditions and none of them seem to be effected.

The links to clones of the two forms are here:

I tested your form and I was able to replicate the issue, you reported. It seems that the condition #14 is causing your issue. Please delete it and re-create that condition.

You also have a lot of conditions that are created for the field that you deleted from your form. I would suggest you do delete or disable those conditions.

Please recreate the condition 14 and let us know if that resolves the issue.

    Thank you for the response.

As far as the conditions for a field that has been deleted from the form, I am aware of that. Someone else originally created this form, and I have been tasked with maintaining it. Instead of attempting to find and correct all of the issues, I created a new and better form to capture all of the data. Thank you, though, for recognizing this and bringing it to my attention.

Concerning the original issue, I read your reply and went in to address condition 14. When I went in to make the changes, I ran through the form one last time. Interestingly, I found that everything is again as originally intended. I am not sure what is going on, but I went back to the original forms and enabled conditions 1 - 4 (the conditions pertaining to the "Attendance" element) and everything was working again as before. Any thoughts on that?

I am glad to hear that conditions on your form are working now. Yesterday we had an issue with the conditional logic. The issue was resolved by our developers. Most likely the change they did resolve the issue you had.
