We have a paypal account but we've seen that there is a limit about the amount of payment that we can receive each month, isn't it?
We need also 3 different access account. Is it possible?
We hope to hearing from you soon. Thank you.

Depending on the kind of plan subscription, the payment limits are as follows.
Plan Max Number of Payments
Starter 1
Bronze 10
Silver 100
Gold Unlimited
For the access account, did you mean to say sub-account? Unfortunately, accounts can only have one user, but it can have many sub-accounts. A sub-account, refers to accounts that have access to your forms.
Here is a related article for sub-accounts you can check.How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
Here is a screenshot on how many sub-accounts can be created depending on the plan.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. -

Just one more question; for number of payments you mean the way of payment that I can choose from the menu "payment integrations" as for example paypal or we pay, authorize.net or click bank ?

The monthly Payment Submission Limit is the number of submissions, that have payment integration on them, not necessarily the number of payment integration your form has but the submissions with completed payment.
Example, you used PayPal Integration in one of your forms,if a user fills out the form, submitted it and successfully completed the payment, then that would count as 1 payment submission.
