We've got a large and complex form which has been working absolutely fine for ages, but over the last few days it seems something has gone wrong without us changing anything. On page 1 of the form, it asks for users to choose whether they are completing a ticket, a product or a merchandise request. If they select ticket, it should go to page 2 after page 1, then to page 5 when they've completed that. If they select product, it should skip to page 3 after page 1, then skip to page 5 after they've filled out page 3. If they select merchandise, it should skip to page 4 after page 1, then carry on to page 5.
The form isn't skipping pages as it used to. I've tried fixing it but this hasn't worked. When I first created the form I think there was an issue like this, but this was a very long time ago and since the support team at Jotform fixed it it had been working fine.

Sorry for the problem you are having.
I have tested and reproduced the issue. I have let our developers know about the issue.

Thanks for getting back to me. Do you think it will take them long? It's a very highly used form and it's impractical for our customers to be able to use it without the skip page element working.

Our developers are already on it. We hope it will not take much time. We will inform you here once it is fixed.

Hi again Sabbir,
It seems like part of the fix has stopped working - we now have an issue with the very last condition in the image I uploaded. If a user selects "Product" in the "What do you wish to sell?" field, it skips them to page 3 as it should do, but then does not skip them over page 4 when page 3 has been completed. Can you assist please?
As far as I can see, the other conditions are working fine.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
I have let our developer know about this issue. We will let you know once it has been fixed.

Have you got any update about the above problem? I've checked and it still isn't fixed!

Sorry for still having this issue.
I have not heard anything yet from our developer. I am going to let them know about this and once it is fixed, we will let you know through this thread here.

Hi Sabbir, I noticed that there still hadn't been any development on this issue. I found a workaround by hiding the fields on page 4 if the first field was equal to Product. However, a new problem has arisen with the same form.
Now if you select "Merchandise" in the first field, it takes you to the correct page. I had set it up for a load of fields to be answered, then users were asked in field 417 if they wanted to do request a second item of merchandise. Conditions were added to show a new lot of questions if this was equal to yes. This is then repeated several times across the rest of the form.
We've been informed by a user that the conditions showing the extra questions are now just showing them regardless, which means (as they are required) that users have to fill out 10x the fields they may have needed to do before. This is another thing that was working perfectly well beforehand but has recently broken. I've checked, there is still a condition in field 417 that is seems to be doing the right thing, but it just isn't working. Can you explain why?

It is because there is no condition that will trigger if the user selected "No" in the question "Do you have a item of merchandise to sell?
You can try adding another SHOW/HIDE condition that will function as. If "Do you have a item of merchandise to sell?" field is empty or equal to "NO", then HIDE multiple fields.
Here is the sample condition that will hide other additional merchandise if the user chooses "No" or there is no selected option.
Please let us know if you need any assistance.
