A customer has informed us that the drop down menu has not been working when selecting ANY service from our survey?
This has been happening from last week, however Friday is the only day it didn't happen, Other then that its been regular. A client has highlighted the issue to us this morning.
Please advise me what to do as we cant continue with business without the form :(

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
I checked your form and cloned it for testing purposes.
I have replicated the issue,the form show condition doesn't work at all. It doesn't show the hidden fields when a checkbox is selected.
I will forward this issue to our developers so they can check it further.
We will update you via this thread.

An update was given by our development team and the show condition should be fixed now.
Kindly check your form again and let us know how it goes.
