We apologize for the inconvenience cause. Our Jotform phishing system had autosuspended the account due to the sign-in form (before it was deleted), found on the account.
As of latest checking however, I fould that the said form was deleted already.
I have re-instated the account and removed the red autosuspended status. You can now check the form again. Just do not restore the deleted form that causes the autosuspension.
