My account (firstname.lastname@example.org) is usually a sub-account of the account FENS (<email@example.com>). The FENS is silver. But now suddenly my account is marked as FREE and there is no sign in my account that I am a sub-user of FENS... Could you please this technical mistake? What happened?

Hi, the sub-user accounts cannot share other account subscriptions and limits. The sub-user accounts can only manage the forms and submissions of the main account.
