Sub-user of silver account marked as free

    Hello,

    My account (mathilde.maughan@fens.org) is usually a sub-account of the account FENS (<lars.kristiansen@fens.org>). The FENS is silver. But now suddenly my account is marked as FREE and there is no sign in my account that I am a sub-user of FENS... Could you please this technical mistake? What happened?

    UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered. 

     If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

    Hi, the sub-user accounts cannot share other account subscriptions and limits. The sub-user accounts can only manage the forms and submissions of the main account. It is also an independent account which you can upgrade to any subscription plan whenever you want. For more information about sub-user accounts, please open this link:
