Account: Suspended - cant log in

    I wrote to you guys why my acct was suspended and I recieved this repy.

    We have checked your account and see it is suspended due to the SSN field in the loan application form. Please note that collecting sensitive data like SSN, passwords, Credit card information on plain textbox fields. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and the associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please go through our Terms of usage for more information on phishing. You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, but you are required to use best security practices of JotForm including SSL and Encrypted Forms features.

    We have now removed the SSN field from the from and activated your account. You should be now able to login to your account and view the form normally.

    But I just tried to log in and still says suspended please advise.

    I checked your account and could see that you were indeed still suspended for your loan application form collecting SSN's. 

    Your form is now fine. The SSN has been removed. It has been white listed. And there are no other fields that breach our terms of use.

    So I have reactivated your account for you.
