I recently received this email.  I am signed up at the storage rate of $5 per month.  The next one is $19.95.  However, we have never paid more than $9.95 per month?  Can you please advise?

    Dear WCAA2012,

You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms are disabled now.

Your account previously had a Premium subscription which was on our old pricing model.  That subscription was grandfathered at that price until cancelled.  The subscription was cancelled in December due to failed payment.  Since it is already passed 30 days, it cannot be renewed.

The storage subscription you have purchased did increase your submission storage limits, but did not increase your form payment limits so your account is still over limit for payment submissions.  If you need more payment submissions, it would require upgrading to Bronze or higher.
