How can I change my password?

    Hi. I have a jotform account but I cannot remember the password. The email I have on file is not active, so I can't send the recovery. Is this something you can assist me with? Thanks

    That last email I remember having on file was wmcneal@intregratedsupportplus.com or wmcneal@webdoctorsplus.com.

    I have checked using the email addresses you provided and I cannot find an account related to them, if you have other email addresses or the link to one of your forms, please share it with us so we can check on our end. 

    Also, may be that you received JotForm submissions or newsletter via emails so if you have such email address that may help us to find your account to. 

    We will wait for your response.

    Thank you, I found the account and it's actually registered under the email address "w****al@i*****rt.plus". 

    If you recognize the email address, please check the inbox or junk/spam folder since I already issued a password reset email.
