How to create a Pass Payment form for 5 users Max?

I would like to offer people up to 5 guest passes per year, at $40 per pass. Is there a way you can think of to do this? It would mean that each person would have a unique ID so they could not keep coming back and buying more passes whenever they want, and there would have to be some kind of counter that tracks how many have been purchased so far, per unique ID.

    Any way to do this?

You can achieve this by using the UniqueID widget to create UserID which they see and receive an email response with the unique ID.

You will then use any of our Payment Fields (In my case used Purchase Order) and create Product depending on how you want this setup. I have created product and added quantity selector for the product with a limit of 5 units.

Hi Trevon, thanks for the response. I am still not clear how the unique ID works. I tried ordering 3 passes, then went back to the form and was able to order 5 more, so a total of 8 passes. I wanted to be able to restrict the user to a total of 5 passes for all orders. I wasn't sure how the unique ID was supposed to work to limit this to 5.

The solution that meets your requirement is doable but limited to very few users. The solution is that you will need to create every user you want to limit their restriction to more than 5 passes.

We will use a Gift Registry widget and create a field for each user. We will limit the registry to only 5 purchases and user will have to make one purchase at a time for instance if I want to buy 4 passes then I will have to buy 4 times one pass each time.

We will also display specific Gift Registry widget for each user based on which conditions are met. The conditions here will be the user ID. The user will insert their UserID and the respective Gift Registry Widget will be displayed with history of their previous selections.
