How can Name the PDF form that is delivered through Jotform

The jotform sends an pdf document via email once complete.  how do i get the pdf to come over already named?

You question is not very clear however I would respond based on how I have understood. You want to have a way to name all your PDF documents that are sent to users as attachments? If this is the case then unfortunately it is not possible since each pdf document is named using the submission ID. This is system generated and their is no way to change this in the form.

Is there a way to alter the submission ID maybe?

Sorry, but submission ID is a unique ID and can't be renamed. You can however add an Unique ID Widget to your form that you can customize.
