PayPal Payment Form: payment did not come through.

Also, i thought we corrected the payment issue I had. It was going to Holly Wells and I entered my paypal payment info on the form but a payment of $222 from Jan 9th didn't come through. Could you take a look at this for me to please.

Could you specify the form in question? When you make the payment, did you get a confirmation message? 

a confirmation messsage was sent. However it was sent with information from a past event.
How can I change the confirmation message after someone submits their form?
