States my account is suspended

    Your account was suspended due to collecting social security numbers through forms.  More information on our requirements for collecting social security numbers can be found in the following thread:

    If you would like, we can remove the SSN field from your form and activate your account.

    I removed the fields and activated your account.  Your account and forms should be usable once again.
