Why did the colors of my forms recently change?

Recently the color schemes of our two forms changes from having a white background to a blue.  This has now messed up our layout and our logos.  Why did this happen?

That is because I just spent the last hour changing the colors back to the original color.  Why did the colors change automatically to a blue background, etc.?

I checked your revision history and logs, but I couldn't find any version that shows the change of the background.
