Overlimit: Form Over Quota Error

    As we attempt to view our form we receive a message that says "Form over quota".


    Can you please help us fix  this issue.  


    We need the form to be made available to our community again.  We are getting many calls from our community regarding the inability to use the form.

    I see the form belongs to user sfps. And your username is tgerlicz.

    For security purposes I can only discuss the account with its owner.

    If that is your account please log in as sfps and we can continue.
