How to temporarily suspend an account?

    I am wondering if there is an option to temporarily suspend an account?  We had made an account for admin@talentdh.com that has not been utilized for a couple months now. We will want to use this account again (and would like to retain our templates), but will not be accessing the site again until likely this summer.  Is there a temporary option to suspend an account with out losing the templates?  Or do we need to continue paying our monthly subscription??

    Upon checking admin@talentdh.com, it doesn't show that this account has any active subscription or auto renewal enabled. This means that there will be no active charges or auto renewal for this account.

    If you don't want to use the forms temporarily, you can just disable the forms by following the guide in the link below.

    Perhaps the account is associated with admin@talentqm.com?
    We have been charged subscriptions fees for the past few months so we know the account is still active.
    Please advise.

    Thanks for the prompt response. You can cancel your subscription in your myaccount's page under billing section https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing. Just choose the starter plan so it will downgrade your account back to Free.

    If I move to a “Free” account will I still have access to the templates we’ve created?

    Yes, you will be able to access your forms, but you will be affected by the storage limit which allows you to have only 500 submissions saved in your account (you're currently over 3,000 total submissions).

    Your forms will stay intact and they will not be deleted. Also, those submissions deleted by the storage limit will be restored when you upgrade again.
