how can I see the questionare did yesterday

yesterday I created a new questionare and today it is not in the webside. My user name is gargallo. Can you explain me if there is a way to see this questionare?

I checked your account and it was set to dormant status due to being inactive for a long period of time.  I activated the account and your form should once again be showing.
