Someone trying to submit a form from their U.S. campus is getting this error message "submit.jotform.us has configured their website improperly. Your information is at risk of being stolen." The browser then refuses to connect to the website. This issue is consistent for the user in Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer.

Is this campus the University of Utah?

Because on submission your thank you page redirects to:

    https://environment.utah.edu/thank-you/

As a workaround you could try using a standard thank you page:

    Setting-up-the-Thank-You-Page

If that works it would confirm there is a configuration issue with your server/network at the University of Utah.

Not the U of Utah. It was someone from Vanderbilt University who just informed me that she was able to submit the form through a different wifi network. Thanks, Aubrey.
