I would like to know if there is a way to work this problem out please.
I have about 16 properties to promote for holiday bookings.
The properties are owned by their respective owners.
I do not want people to enquire the owner and have their emails sent to the properties owners or everyone will bypass my service.
How to have person A enquiring about a property on my site, the email is sent to the property owner but the email of Person A is hidden, instead it will show my website's email address.
Now when the Property owner would like to reply to the email, he will have to log into a form or click a link, this link will include the hidden Person A email address, this has to work again and again so the 2 persons can communicate without a problem but the property owner will not know who the other person is on the other end. This will enable me to keep track of the discussions + make sure noone bypass me.
Now creating a form for the first PERSON A enquiry is ok, but where I am stuck is to how the property owner will reply to that person A? How will the email of the person includes itself automatically in to the next form?

Have you created this form already? Can you share to us which form it is? We will see the options we can do, base on your already created form.
Will await for your response.
