Email Notifications Not Getting Sent

    Hi,

    Here is the URL of both forms I have been using...

    neither have sent email notifications to me. I tried the SPAM suggestion you listed on your site but that also didn't seem to work.

    Try deleting one of the notifications (if they contain the same info) and see if that helps. Which one? Well, with my own forms, I use Sender Name: Please Select and Sender E-mail: noreply at jotform dot com and receive all of my submissions. (I typed the email address like that here to prevent spam from going there. Although I doubt it matters in that particular case.

    I made a test submission and checked our server logs: the email was accepted by your email server.

    Please send this to your email provider and ask them to find out what happens to this email.
