Hi - I have attached a pdf attachment in the email response. I have checked it before I uploaded it, and it is fine. Every time the pdf gets sent however, it cannot be opended as an attachment. All the users are having the same issue with this. can you check?Page URL:

I have checked your JotForm and see that the PDF file is attached to the autoresponder. However, I was unable to send a test submission since the form has payment field. Could you try removing the file and attach it again to the email after renaming the file name without having any special characters such as ampersand (&). Let us know if the issue still persists after renaming the file. We will be happy to take a look again.
