I'm setting up a form for an athletic event.  I have successfully put a file upload in at the end or my form so that users can upload a signed waiver.

But now how can I tie that waiver form in at the beginning?  What I want is for users to be able to download the waiver via a link, print and sign it.  Then at the end, upload it.

I am also posting the waiver on my webpage, but you know how people are.  I cannot use your fillable PDF option, currently our insurance requires actual signatures on the form.  There are also some folks who just want to print and mail it.

I tried adding a signature field to see how it works.  It didn't?

You can use the Text Element, where you can add HTML tags, and by adding an a href tag people can download the pdf. Please check below the video it might help you through the procedure.
