We are getting reports that students trying to register for one of our course days are getting an error message saying only one entry is allowed. They have not previously tried to submit. Screen shot below.

This is because you have set the Unique Submission to (Strict Check) Check Cookies and IP.
I suggest you set that to Check Cookies (Loose Check) only because many computers may have the same public IP if they are on the same network.
