Account: Difference between payments and submissions

Hi jotform,

We're struggling to understand the bronze package. We see that on the bronze package we get 1000 Payment submissions p/m, but on your pricing page is says only 10 Payments p/m. What exactly is the difference?

Submissions occur when you hit submit. You are on the bronze plan. So you get 1,000 submissions per month.

Of these only 10 can be payment submissions. Payment submissions occur when you do a transaction with one of our payment integrations. For example Paypal, Stripe, or Authorize.net.
