should the data on the spreadsheet be deleted after the information is extracted to be put into our own excel?

    Once we extract the data from the jotform spreadsheet, is it advisable to delete that information from jotform? I just thought that the information just keeps adding up.   thank you.  Barbara

    You can certainly do that if you would like to work that way. You can delete all submissions on a form by right clicking on a form on My Forms page and then selecting Clear All Submissions.

    Note that this deletion cannot be reversed back. The submissions will be gone from JotForm site permanently.
